We at Amelia Island Lodgings would love to welcome you as our guests and wish to do everything possible to make your visit memorable and enjoyable. We want this to be the finest vacation in your experience.

Deposit:

We will reserve a unit for you and your guests and prepare it to your specifications. This service allows you to select dates that match your needs.

To enjoy this reserved status we require an advanced payment of a portion of your anticipated bill. The payment requested will be:

Payment in full is required for one-night stays and or for reservations made within 14 days of arrival.
All other reservations require 50% deposit.

Final payment is required upon arrival or earlier if you wish to pay ahead before arrival. Cash, traveler's checks, personal checks and most major credit cards are accepted.

Security Deposit:
A credit card number is required for all reservations.

     


Cancellation:

If it becomes necessary to cancel your reservation, a $45 cancellation fee will apply.
Reservations must be cancelled 14 days prior to arrival date for full refund of deposit, less cancellation fee of $45.

Cancellation of reservations made after the 14 day deadline prior to arrival will result in forfeiture of deposit.

     


On/Off Season:

"On Season" begins March 1st thru Labor Day.
"Off Season" begins Day after Labor Day thru Feb 28th.
Monthly rates only apply during off season

Rates:
Nowhere else in Florida will you find more economical rates!! Please call for our rates quotes. We have seasonal and off seasonal rates.

  • We have daily and weekly or monthly rates.
  • Taxes and Housekeeping Departure fees not included.
  • Bed in Breakfast no minimum stay required.
  • Condos require three night minimum stay during On Season.
    Private Homes require a Saturday to Saturday stay in the months of June and July.
  • Holiday and Special Events require a daily minimum 3 Nights stay.
  • All Private Homes during off season require 3 night minimum.
  • All Private Homes during the peak season are weekly rental only... from SATURDAY to SATURDAY.
  • Monthly Rates --- apply ONLY during the Off Season months, otherwise it would be the weekly rate times the number of weeks.

Guest Check-In/Check Out:

You're welcome to use the deck and beach equipment at our Inn, The 1735 House, if you arrive early.
But... you can't occupy your unit until our housekeeping staff has completed their work. THANKS!

No early check- ins will be allowed unless approved by Front Desk.
Late check-in outs are available upon prior approval from Front Desk.
There is a fee for late check outs.

10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.    Monday through Friday
10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.    Saturday

Smoking Policy:

NO SMOKING permitted nor allowed in any of the rental units. 
Will incur a $200.00 smoking charge.

     


Pets:

NO PETS ARE ALLOWED IN OUR VACATION UNITS.
Our staff will be happy to recommend one of the facilities on the island to provide housing for your pet.

Lost and Found:

Although we will attempt to help, we cannot be responsible for misplaced, lost or left behind personal articles

     


Guest License Agreement:
Must be read and signed upon Check-Inn by all guests.  

1.
Amelia Island Lodging Systems, hereinafter referred to as AILS, is the sole Agent for the unit being rented. It is understood that this is a privately owned unit including furnishings.

Guest(s) guarantees payment for all charges incurred during their stay. Any unpaid charges not assessed to reservation at departure will be charged to credit card on file. i.e. damages, extraordinary cleaning, telephone charges, missing items, etc.

2. Neither smoking nor pets are permitted under any circumstances in this rental unit.

3. O
ccupancy and use of premises and communal areas shall not be as such as to disturb or offend guests or residents. AILS has the prerogative to terminate this agreement and ask disruptive guest(s) to vacate premises.

4.
AILS is not responsible for any articles lost, stolen or left behind in the unit.

5.
Guest(s) agrees that AILS or its agents may enter the unit for the purposes of making necessary repairs and/or maintenance; or as needed.

6.
AILS reserves the right to move or transfer any reservation to a comparable unit based on emergency and/or other unforeseen circumstances that render the unit unavailable for rental.

7. Guest(s) acknowledges and understands that check-in time is NO EARLIER THAN 4:00 PM and that check-out time is NO LATER THAN 11:00 AM. Guest must call to have a late checkout. A $20 per hour late fee will be charged for late departures until 1:00PM, the full nightly rate will be charged thereafter.

8.
Guest(s) understands that they must abide by all Homeowner Association rules and ordinances while occupying their unit.

9.
NO BOAT OR RV PARKING IS PERMITTED ON PROPERTY, UNLESS PERMISSION FOR SAME IS OBTAINED.

10. Guest(s) acknowledges that AILS was authorized to charge guest(s) advance deposit to guest(s) credit card prior to arrival.

11.
Guest(s) understands that our Dunes are FEDERALLY PROTECTED. No one is allowed to walk over or play on the dunes, except over designated walkways.

12.
Guest(s) understands that no beach towels or bathing suits are to be hung over the balconies of any unit.

13. Guest(s) guarantees payment for all charges incurred during their stay. Any unpaid charges not assessed to reservation at departure will be charged to credit card on file.

* PLEASE NOTE THAT IF NUMBER OCCUPYING THE UNIT IS GREATER AT TIME OF STAY, AILS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO INCREASE RENTAL FEE.

* PLEASE NOTE THAT IF NUMBER OCCUPYING UNIT IS GREATER THAN OCCUPANCY LAWS PERMIT, YOU ARE SUBJECT TO HAVING YOUR STAY TERMINATED WITHOUT ANY REFUND

THE NUMBER OF VEHICLES AT ANY PROPERTY MUST NOT EXCEED ALLOCATED PARKING SPACES.

* LOUD PARTIES AND UNDERAGED DRINKING WILL RESULT IN EVICTION WITHOUT ANY REFUNDS.

** IT IS A VIOLATION OF STATE LAW TO DISTURB SEA TURTLE NESTS OR TO HAVE OCEAN-SIDE OUTSIDE LIGHTS ON OVERNIGHT DURING TURTLE SEASON which is May1st through October 31st . (THE TURTLES WOULD HEAD FOR THE LIGHTS INSTEAD OF THE OCEAN). GUEST(S) IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY FINES AND / OR FEES INCURRED FOR VIOLATING THIS LAW.
