Guest License Agreement:
Must be read and signed upon Check-Inn by all guests.
1.
Amelia Island Lodging Systems, hereinafter referred to as
AILS, is the sole Agent for the unit being rented. It is
understood that this is a privately owned unit including
furnishings.
Guest(s) guarantees payment for all charges incurred
during their stay. Any unpaid charges not assessed to
reservation at departure will be charged to credit card on
file. i.e. damages, extraordinary cleaning, telephone
charges, missing items, etc.
2.
Neither smoking nor pets are permitted under
any circumstances in this rental unit.
3. Occupancy
and use of premises and communal areas shall not be as such
as to disturb or offend guests or residents.
AILS has the prerogative to terminate this agreement and ask
disruptive guest(s) to vacate premises.
4.
AILS
is not responsible for any articles lost, stolen or left
behind in the unit.
5.
Guest(s) agrees that AILS or its agents may enter the unit
for the purposes of making necessary repairs and/or
maintenance; or as needed.
6.
AILS
reserves the right to move or transfer any reservation to a
comparable unit based on emergency and/or other unforeseen
circumstances that render the unit unavailable for rental.
7.
Guest(s) acknowledges and understands that check-in time is
NO EARLIER THAN 4:00 PM and that check-out time is
NO LATER THAN 11:00 AM. Guest must call to have a late
checkout. A $20 per hour late fee will be charged for
late departures until 1:00PM, the full nightly rate will be
charged thereafter.
8.
Guest(s) understands that they must abide by all Homeowner
Association rules and ordinances while occupying their unit.
9.
NO
BOAT OR RV PARKING IS PERMITTED ON PROPERTY, UNLESS
PERMISSION FOR SAME IS OBTAINED.
10.
Guest(s) acknowledges that AILS was authorized to charge
guest(s) advance deposit to guest(s) credit card prior to
arrival.
11.
Guest(s) understands that our Dunes are FEDERALLY
PROTECTED. No one is allowed to walk over or play on the
dunes, except over designated walkways.
12.
Guest(s) understands that no beach towels or bathing suits
are to be hung over the balconies of any unit.
13. Guest(s) guarantees payment for all charges incurred
during their stay. Any unpaid charges not assessed to
reservation at departure will be charged to credit card on
file.
* PLEASE NOTE THAT IF NUMBER
OCCUPYING THE UNIT IS GREATER AT TIME OF STAY, AILS RESERVES
THE RIGHT TO INCREASE RENTAL FEE.

PLEASE NOTE THAT IF NUMBER OCCUPYING UNIT IS GREATER THAN
OCCUPANCY LAWS PERMIT, YOU ARE SUBJECT TO HAVING YOUR
STAY TERMINATED WITHOUT ANY REFUND
*THE
NUMBER OF VEHICLES AT ANY PROPERTY MUST NOT EXCEED ALLOCATED
PARKING SPACES.
* LOUD PARTIES AND UNDERAGED DRINKING
WILL RESULT IN EVICTION WITHOUT ANY REFUNDS.
** IT
IS A VIOLATION OF STATE LAW TO DISTURB SEA TURTLE NESTS
OR TO HAVE OCEAN-SIDE OUTSIDE LIGHTS ON OVERNIGHT DURING
TURTLE SEASON which is May1st through October 31st . (THE
TURTLES WOULD HEAD FOR THE LIGHTS INSTEAD OF THE OCEAN).
GUEST(S) IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY FINES AND / OR FEES
INCURRED FOR VIOLATING THIS LAW.
